Members of the Institute of electronics and telecommunications are collaborating in the COST action »Language in the Human-Machine Era (LITHME)«, which involves members from 52 countries. LITHME is dedicated to research on how technological advancements are going to change our everyday communications and our language. The first major collaboration from this action is the report „Dawn of the Human-Machine Era: A Forecast of New and Emerging Language Technologies“. It presents insights from experts in language technologies and language research. The report is available in open access at https://lithme.eu/publications/ .
