Miriam Sepesy Maučec, PhD is a member of the Digital Signal Processing Laboratory. She studied computer science at the Faculty of Electrical Engineering, Computer Science and Informatics. In 2001, she also received her PhD in Computer Science and Information Science from the Faculty of the same name. She was hired as Associate Professor in the subject area of telecommunications. He teaches subjects related to programming, telecommunications programming environments, data structures, algorithms in telecommunications, and information theory. Her scientific field covers natural language processing, statistical machine translation and natural language modeling. Participates in the national research program Advanced Methods of Interaction in Telecommunications. She is also active in numerous national and international projects.
