The course at Telecommunications addresses advanced technologies already in use today in IoT environments, or represents a major development and commercial potential in the future of the development of the Telecommunications and IoT technology ecosystem. In this context, we learn about the potential of mobile tagging and QR codes, advanced next-generation conversation interfaces, conversation agents and artificial intelligence (AI), avatars, algorithms and dialog dialogue systems, architectures of such systems as ELIZA, PARRY, development and implementation conversation systems, the use of such systems in intelligent environments, and various open source and commercial and Google Now solutions, Google Assistant / Actions and SDKs, Dialogflow, Cortana and SDKs, Alexa, S-Voice, Voice Mate, Almond. In addition, we look at technologies of recommended systems based on artificial intelligence, smart wearable devices and their use in IoT environments by integrating AI, AR and VR, and examples of problems and solutions of interaction in different contexts. The course also addresses new trends in the development of interaction with IoT environments, such as the use of haptic interfaces in autonomous vehicle environments as well as gesture interaction.
